Use Case 2 Dataset: COG from tif file

This dataset represents the annual mean NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) for the year 2024, derived from remote sensing data and processed into Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) format for efficient web-based visualization.



The raster layer is published through the LifeWatch Viewer platform and visualized over a basemap. It allows researchers and the public to explore spatial vegetation dynamics across the study area. The COG format ensures optimized access via HTTP range requests, enabling integration with web-based tools and GIS platforms without the need for download.
